Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using any Daku Coffee service, in-store or via the https://www.dakucoffee.com website (the “Service”, “Site”, “Website”, “Daku Coffee Website”).

ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”), AS SUCH MAY BE REVISED BY DAKU COFFEE FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER (“USER” “CUSTOMER”) AND DAKU COFFEE LTD (“DAKU COFFEE”, “THE COMPANY”) GOVERNING THE USE OF THE WEBSITE. IF USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, USER SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE. THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO USER.

These Terms apply to your access to, and use of, all or part of any United Kingdom website or mobile application of Daku Coffee, or their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Daku Coffee”).

However, if you navigate away from the Sites to a third-party site, you may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use, as may be specified on such site, which will govern your use of that site (Please see Section 1).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement for Daku Coffee is powered by TermsFeed.

1. Third-Party Links and Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Daku Coffee.

Daku Coffee has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Daku Coffee shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

2. Pricing, Consumption & Compensation

All prices of products shown on the website are shown in British Pounds (GBP). All of our products in-store are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, to discontinue offering certain products and to substitute products without prior notice. We strive to provide you with high-quality products, and given the perishable nature of certain products and market conditions beyond our control, we may be required to make substitutions from time to time.

Prices available on the website are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of order. Daku Coffee reserves the right to make any changes to prices in the event of, but not limited to, clerical errors, errors of omission, inflation, price hikes, or special promotions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ask staff in-store regarding the allergen content of any products and/or substitutes before consumption. For more information about allergens, please visit

For issues with order quality, incorrect orders, missing items, and the like, an email must be sent to ask@mooboo.me within 3 working days.

If there are any incorrect orders or missing items, our staff will promptly address them on the same day as long as the customer is still present in the store. However, please note that Daku Coffee reserves the right to decline rectifications or compensation for customers who: a) have already left the store premises b) have sent in a complaint after 3 working days from the date of the visit, c) purchased an item that is no longer available or in stock.

3. Acceptable Use

User’s use of the Daku Coffee site, any Content, and any information provided by the User including user names and passwords, e-mail addresses, phone number, or other information transmitted in connection with the Service is limited to the contemplated functionality of the Sites. In no event may the Sites be used in a manner that (a) harasses, abuses, stalks, threatens, defames, or otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any other party (including but not limited to rights of publicity or other proprietary rights); (b) is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive; (c) provides sensitive personal information unless specifically requested by Daku Coffee, (d) includes spam or any unsolicited advertising; (e) uses technology or other means to access Daku Coffee or Content that is not authorized by Daku Coffee; (f) uses or launches any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Daku Coffee website or any of its functionalities; (g) attempts to introduce viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment; (h) attempts to gain unauthorized access to Daku Coffee’s computer network or user accounts; (i) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or that gives rise to civil liability; (j) violates these Terms; (k) attempts to damage, disable, overburden, or impair Daku Coffee’ servers or networks; (l) impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation with another person or entity; or (m) fails to comply with applicable third party terms (collectively “Acceptable Use”). Daku Coffee’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any User License, terminate any User’s participation in the Site, remove Content, or assert legal action with respect to Content or use of the Site, that Daku Coffee reasonably believes is or might be in violation of these Terms, or Daku Coffee’s policies including the Daku Coffee Loyalty App Terms and Conditions. Daku Coffee’s failure or delay in taking such actions does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these Terms.

4. Termination of Access

Daku Coffee reserves the right to terminate or suspend access if the company has a right to suspect the abuse of usage, perks and/or features of the Daku Coffee website.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if any terms have been breached.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please terminate the use of our Service immediately.

7. Account Deletion

Please click here if you would like the account to be removed from the system. Account Deletions are processed in a queue and are dealt with at the order that they are received. Customers that request for account deletion will be completed within 28 days, subject to queue. Upon deletion of a customer’s loyalty account, the customer will lose access to all unused Daku Coffee rewards and discounts. This process cannot be reversed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company, its employees, Franchisees, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
